HEAVD® Machine Guarding Fence

Heavd® Machine Guarding Fence is constructed using high-quality Q235 galvanized steel pipe and galvanized wire. The column and panel are connected using anti-falling bolts, which offer convenience for assembly and ensure efficient installation. Nano-ceramic pretreatment technology and AkzoNobel polyester powder ensure excellent anti-corrosion properties. The products have been certified through TUV's professional pendulum impact resistance test.

Product Features

> The HEAVD® Machine Guarding Fence is constructed using high-quality Q235 galvanized steel pipe and galvanized wire. The panel frame material is made of 20x20x1.5mm galvanized pipe.
> The wire's tensile strength should be ≥400MPa and the solder joint's tensile strength should be greater than 2500N. 100*20 mesh anti-climbing fence provides enhanced safety.
> The column is made of high-quality Q235 galvanized steel pipe material, and the column and panel are connected with anti-falling bolts. This design allows for easy assembly and ensures efficient installation.
> Nano-ceramic pretreatment technology and AkzoNobel polyester powder are utilized to guarantee superior anti-corrosion properties.
> The product has obtained professional certification from the third-party TUV for its pendulum impact resistance test. The product's impact resistance energy exceeds 1600 joules.
> The structural design is simple and in line with safety protection standards. It also features a vibrant color. Regular black (RAL9005) and yellow (RAL1021). Customizable styles and colors are also available.
